Retell's target is to try to help businesses to do this through the advice about, and the manufacturing and supply of telephone recording and monitoring equipment and other closely related equipment such as business class answering machines.
Retell enjoyed an overwhelming response at this years CeBit, exhibiting at possibly the largest electronics & telecommunications show in the world.
With the expansion of Retell and their call recording product range over the last 12 months, visiting CeBit provided an ideal opportunity for Retell to seek out companies with an interest in the integration of call recording into their product portfolio. The exhibition also served as a perfect chance to build on their international distribution network as well as touching base with a number of existing international and UK based resellers and distributors.
The Director of Retell, Richard Herman commented, “…everybody who is anybody was there, including CEOs of some of the worlds largest companies. It was a perfect way to hold many different meetings in a short space of time, compressing a year’s worth of travel into seven days”.
Retell were pleased at the demand and the magnitude of interest candidates expressed for the Retell product range. Many commented on the fact that Retell had such a versatile portfolio of products ranging from large ISDN30 systems, through to a single desk recorder. Bill Evans, Head of International Sales said, “ The fact that people were interested in the different uses of call recording, from sales training, to security, call centres to ordinary everyday businesses was great. Retell prides itself on being a company that offers a solution for every customers need”.
Retell made over 100 qualified contacts over the week, making CeBit a very successful and valuable exhibition. With Dealers and SMEs turning out in full force, CeBit has once again lived up to its reputation and is fast becoming a showcase for solution providers, and not just a product showcase. Attendance this year increased to some 480,000 visitors proving valuable in making new business contacts within the industry.
